She has worked extensively in the luxury home market concentrating her efforts in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, and Flagstaff.
Jackie's other area of expertise is the investor market, specifically single family rental properties. Jackie joined Russ Lyon | Sotheby's International Realty in 2010 and most recently moved to My Home Group in 2021.
Jackie is a graduate of The University Of Michigan. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Jackie was a senior executive with USA TODAY newspaper, a Gannett Corporation.
One of the things I love most about Paradise Valley is the breathtaking mountain views—you just can’t beat the serenity of Camelback and Mummy Mountain silhouetted at sunset. With its sprawling estates, ultra-private settings, and some of Arizona’s most luxurious properties, Paradise Valley is a true gem. I’ve helped numerous clients find their dream homes here, from elegant hillside villas to gated contemporary masterpieces.
As a luxury real estate expert with over 15 years of experience, I understand the nuanced expectations of high-end buyers and sellers. Representing clients in Paradise Valley is not just about showing homes. It’s about lifestyle, privacy, and investment potential. I bring deep local market knowledge, a high-touch communication style, and strategic negotiation skills that truly make a difference in this exclusive market. Whether you’re relocating, investing, or upgrading your forever home, I’ll ensure your experience is as refined as the community itself.
What I love most about North Scottsdale is its perfect blend of refined desert living and modern convenience. The architecture, natural beauty, and top-tier amenities make it one of Arizona’s premier destinations. From luxury golf communities like DC Ranch and Silverleaf to newer custom builds in Troon and Pinnacle Peak, North Scottsdale offers something for every upscale buyer.
Having worked in this market for over a decade, I have deep insight into each micro-neighborhood. I understand the nuances of HOA restrictions, architectural guidelines, and resale trends — which are critical when advising clients on smart purchases or preparing listings. Buyers benefit from my ability to assess which communities align best with their lifestyle, whether that’s golf, hiking, equestrian, or gated privacy. Sellers benefit from my eye for presentation and my marketing strategies tailored to luxury audiences.
This area has consistently appreciated in value due to limited land availability and continued demand from out-of-state buyers seeking a high-end, resort-style experience. If you’re considering making a move in North Scottsdale, I’d be honored to put my local expertise and professional network to work for you.
There’s a vibrancy in Old Town Scottsdale that’s simply infectious. I love the mix of modern lifestyle, rich Western history, and the sheer walkability of the area. From trendy restaurants and boutiques to the buzzing art scene and spring training games, it’s a lifestyle hub for everyone from young professionals to retirees.
Real estate here moves fast, and having an agent who knows how to navigate the pace, pricing strategies, and investment potential is key. With my background in both residential sales and investor-driven purchases, I bring unique insight to the table. Whether you’re looking to buy a stylish condo, a mid-century remodel, or list your home for top dollar, I bring precision marketing, deep local insights, and a client-first mindset that gets results.
What I love about Flagstaff is the change of pace and the change of scenery. It’s such a refreshing departure from the desert, with its tall pines, cool summers, and charming mountain-town vibe. As someone who frequently helps clients from the Valley explore second homes and vacation properties, Flagstaff has become one of my favorite markets to work in.
The diversity in real estate here is incredible! From ski chalets and rustic cabins to elegant mountain estates in communities like Pine Canyon and Forest Highlands. My clients appreciate that I understand both the luxury side of Flagstaff and the logistics of owning a second home in a higher elevation climate. I guide buyers through everything from fire safety considerations to HOA dynamics and seasonal rental strategies.
For sellers, I know how to market the unique appeal of a Flagstaff property. Whether it’s the proximity to NAU, Snowbowl, or simply the peaceful retreat factor. With Flagstaff’s year-round appeal and limited inventory, having an experienced agent who can act quickly and negotiate smartly is key. I bring Valley-level service and strategy to the mountain market, and I’d be honored to help you buy or sell here.
Every time I drive into Fountain Hills and catch a glimpse of the world-famous fountain shooting into the sky, I’m reminded of how special this community is. It’s peaceful, scenic, and has an almost resort-like atmosphere with views of the McDowell Mountains and plenty of open space.
Fountain Hills offers tremendous value for those seeking luxury without the hustle of Scottsdale. From golf course homes to hillside properties with panoramic views, I’ve helped both buyers and sellers tap into what makes this market so appealing. My clients benefit from my strategic pricing knowledge, hyper-local insights, and concierge-level service. Whether you’re downsizing into retirement or upsizing to your dream desert oasis, I’m here to make it smooth and successful.
What I truly love about Phoenix is its diversity: in architecture, lifestyle, and opportunity. From historic districts like Encanto and Willo to modern condos downtown or mid-century charm in Arcadia Lite, Phoenix has something for everyone. It’s a city that’s constantly evolving, and I’ve made it a priority to stay ahead of its market shifts and neighborhood transformations.
Phoenix is especially attractive for both primary residences and investment properties. With my background in single-family rental portfolios, I’ve helped investors find high-performing assets, while guiding residential buyers through fast-moving markets. I understand school districts, zoning intricacies, and how to evaluate homes that may need renovation or value-add improvements.
If you’re selling, I bring a strategic eye to every listing, highlighting what today’s buyers want and ensuring your home shines in online and in-person showings. If you’re buying, I help you cut through the noise and focus on what fits you, not just today, but long-term. Phoenix may be the heart of Arizona real estate, and with my deep knowledge and experience, I make sure my clients navigate it with confidence and clarity.
I’ve bought and sold many homes over the years. I have never had such a seamless, professional experience as the one provided by Jackie Miller. She came in, worked with us on appropriate pricing, and my husband and I then left town. Jackie staged our home, making sure it showed in the best way. This included a lot of heavy lifting to clear out clutter, as well as bringing in many new, beautiful items.
The house looked so good when she was done that we were almost tempted to stay!
Due to her thoroughness, we had an offer on day one on the market! Jackie put in long hours every day to ensure smooth going through the inspection period and beyond. Jackie’s greatest skill is her attention to detail—and her willingness to go above and beyond to make her clients happy. I don’t plan on moving again any time soon, but if I were, Jackie is the only agent I would consider using.
We highly recommend Jackie Miller!! We are repeat customers. We've had Jackie help us purchase one home and help rent another home. We've worked with her in several locations in Arizona - Flagstaff and Scottsdale. Jackie is so easy to work with and incredibly pleasant. Her approach to any real estate transaction is extra thorough, complete and well thought out.
